'15 Sandybanks' is a friendly and romantic apartment where one can relax and enjoy stunning sea views from its spacious deck. The apartment is ideally situated on a quiet street, approximately 200 meters walking distance from the beach. It offers braai facilities, deck chairs, and a table where one can relax with a favorite sundowner.

On the inside, the apartment is equipped with a comfortable queen bed in crisp white percale linen, towels, a built-in cupboard, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a lounge area with a couch facing the view. It has a full DSTV package as well as Wi-Fi and air-conditioning. Safe parking is available on the premises. The apartment is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. It is emphasized that the apartment and deck are strictly non-smoking areas.

The space offers privacy, lovely views of the ocean, and proximity to the beach. Inside, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable queen bed, a 2-seater couch, a small dining table with two chairs, and a bathroom with a shower, basin, and toilet. Outside, there is a huge balcony overlooking the ocean with a Weber braai, a dining table with chairs, and two comfortable deck chairs.

Guest access includes free parking on the premises, wireless internet, an air conditioner, a hair dryer, hangers, towels, and a small heated pool (solar) that can be used by guests. Two bicycles are available, and there is a nearby hiking trail in fynbos and on rocks.

The spacious apartment is located on top of the owner's garage with an extended balcony. It has a private entrance and is accessible by a flight of stairs.
