4 The Mews

Number 4 The Mews is a modern self-catering home located in a secure and quiet area with eight town houses. The Mews complex is fully walled, and the entrance is through an electric gate, providing enhanced security for those who prioritize it. This feature makes it an ideal choice for families with small children and pets. There is a charge of R40 per pet per day.

The property consists of two bedrooms and two tiled bathrooms. A spacious open-plan tiled lounge and dining room area opens through sliding patio doors onto a small private entertainment area, overlooking the picturesque mountain views and scenery for which Clarens is renowned. For cozy winter nights, an oil heater and a gas heater are provided.

The fully equipped kitchen is part of the open-plan living area. It includes a four-plate hob, an under-counter oven, a fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee plunger, and ample cutlery, crockery, and glasses. Complimentary tea, Rooibos, coffee, creamer, and sugar are also provided. The living room features a TV with DStv and Netflix, WiFi, and a DVD player for leisurely viewing when the weather is not ideal for walks or other activities that Clarens has to offer.

A built-in braai and patio furniture are provided for enjoying the outdoors, complementing the overall experience. A single garage is attached to the house, and there is parking on-site for a second vehicle. The Clarens town square, surrounded by its galleries and top-quality restaurants, is a ten-minute stroll away down the tarred Main Street. The house is conveniently located close to town, yet far enough away to enjoy the peace and tranquility of the scenery Clarens offers.
