The tour begins with a departure from Cape Town and Stellenbosch, heading towards the whale route in Gordons Bay. The first day involves a scenic drive along the R44 mountain pass, a visit to Hermanus for whale watching and shopping, followed by a stop at Birkenhead Brewery for beer tasting. The group then proceeds to Cape Agulhas National Park, the southernmost tip of Africa, before returning to accommodation in Struisbaai.

On the second day, the tour heads inland towards the Garden Route, stopping at an Aloe factory in Albertinia. Participants can choose between a canopy tour or quad biking activity before ending the day at Myoli Beach.

The third day is a day trip to Oudtshoorn, known as the ostrich capital of the world. Highlights include a guided tour of the Cango Caves, a world heritage site, and options to visit an ostrich farm or the Cango Endangered Wildlife Ranch.

The fourth day involves traveling to Jeffrey's Bay, with stops at either the Elephant Sanctuary or Monkey Sanctuary. Participants can choose to experience the world's highest commercial bungee jump or take a walk through the Tsitsikamma National Park. The group stays at a backpackers in Jeffrey's Bay.

On the fifth day, participants can either sleep in and explore Jeffrey's Bay or go on a morning game drive at Addo Elephant National Park, home to the Big 5 and the highest concentration of African elephants. The group then returns to Sedgefield for the night.

The sixth and final day begins with a canoe trip and hike to a waterfall, followed by a visit to an Aloe factory in Albertinia. The tour then returns to Cape Town via Swellendam and Sir Lowry's Pass.
