Bateleur Safari Camp

Bateleur Safari Camp is a safari accommodation located within the 3500-hectare Bateleur property, which is situated in the heart of the world-renowned Timbavati Private Nature Reserve, an exceptional safari location. The camp consists of four comfortable safari tents, each equipped with en-suite bathrooms, solar-powered fans, plug-points, and covered patios. Additionally, the camp features a swimming pool, a boma area with braai facilities, an indoor dining area, and a lounge for relaxation.

The prime wilderness area where the camp is situated features the presence of the Big 5 (lion, leopard, rhino, elephant, and buffalo), a large diversity of antelope species, an entire range of smaller predators, over 500 bird species, and a tremendous diversity of reptiles, amphibians, and invertebrates. Guests at the camp can participate in daily morning, afternoon, and evening game drives, as well as optional bush walks, according to the preference of the group.

The upmarket safari unit at Bateleur Safari Camp accommodates two people and offers comfortable beds, quality linens, adequate storage facilities, and a ceiling fan to combat the hot weather. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a flush toilet, basin, and a hot-water shower.
