The property called 'Beach Break' is located in close proximity to the beach, approximately one minute away on foot. It is well-suited for accommodating either one or two families with children, offering a romantic escape for two individuals as the King bedroom is situated upstairs, or providing a relaxed getaway for a group of friends. The house features three en-suite bedrooms.

The kitchen area is flooded with natural sunlight in the mornings, presenting an opportunity to enjoy breakfast on the back balcony while taking in the incredible view of the mountains and a partial sea view. The living area is open-plan, featuring a large 10-seater dining table, comfortable couches, a collection of board games, a docking station, and blankets for cozy winter evenings. A wood-burning fireplace is also present.

Large windows and sliding doors lead out to the upstairs balcony, which is equipped with an awning, a Weber grill, and ample seating for lounging in the sun or outdoor dining. The property features a spacious, secure garden where children can play and explore, as well as a fire pit/BBQ area in the back garden. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, a coffee machine (guests are required to bring their own beans), Wi-Fi, tea and instant coffee with sugar provided, bath towels, beach towels, and an umbrella. A docking station for music and a basket filled with outdoor toys, balls, and bats are also available.

It is important to note that the house is not intended as a venue for parties. Scarborough is the perfect destination for a romantic escape, offering a quiet and serene atmosphere with epic sunsets and three great restaurants for special occasions. The house is well-suited for couples, as the King en-suite bedroom is located upstairs. Two golf courses are situated approximately 15 minutes away, one in Simons Town and another in Clovelly, next to Fish Hoek.

The property features a bunk room specially designed for children, and the large garden is safe and secure, with a fence and a grass area. The beach is a two-minute walk away, and while there are stairs and a balcony, toddlers need to be supervised. Scarborough is a small conservation village located on the edge of a nature reserve, boasting a lovely, long, pristine beach with white sand and crystal-clear water. Rock pools provide opportunities for kids to explore, and crawfishing and muscle picking are allowed with a permit.

The three-bedroom house features en-suite bathrooms and a fully-fitted kitchen. It has an outdoor wood-burning fireplace, and the balcony is equipped with a Weber kettle grill. Wi-Fi and an outdoor shower are also available. It is important to note that smoking and pets are not allowed on the premises.
