Birchwood A & B @ Clarens are newly built, modern units comprising two bedrooms and two bathrooms each. Each unit can accommodate four guests. There are two units situated adjacent to each other, with a total capacity of eight guests between them. All bedrooms are equipped with beds that can be configured as single or king-sized beds. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, while the second bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

The open-plan living/dining area features sliding doors leading to a patio with a built-in wood-burning braai area. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay. The living area is equipped with a TV and has access to the DStv commercial package, which includes sports channels. A wood-burning fireplace in the lounge provides warmth during Clarens' chilly winter days. Each unit also has a single covered carport.

Guests can enjoy a tranquil and indulgent time at the nearby Clarens Kloof Dam. The Birchwood Cottage is located on The Clarens Golf estate and consists of two adjacent self-catering holiday cottages. Each cottage features two bedrooms (with either king or two single beds in each), two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living area, and a patio with built-in BBQ (braai) facilities.
