The Bontebok National Park is a place characterized by simplistic beauty and peaceful charm. The Langeberg Mountains provide a picturesque backdrop for this Park, which is known for its colorful riches. The Lang Elsie's Kraal restcamp, situated on the banks of the Breede River, is the first rest camp in South African National Parks to be built according to a "Touching the Earth Lightly" design. It is named after a Khoe-Khoe Chieftain who lived there with her clan in the 18th century. The camp consists of 10 units that provide pristine scenery of the park, Breede River, and Langeberg Mountains, making it a perfect rest stop for visitors.

It is important to note that the rates for the campsites are subject to the number of adults and children staying. Quotes will include the 1% Community Levy, but will exclude daily conservation fees, which are to be paid directly to the camp upon arrival. The campsite (CK6) features include an additional fee for extra vehicles per night, no power point, and the requirement for visitors to supply their own camping equipment and tents. Visitors are advised to visit the SANParks website for more information on camping rules.

Please note that the rates displayed are the base rate for 1-2 adults. Additional charges will apply for additional adults and children. Rates exclude the compulsory SANP community levy, which will be included in the quote. SANParks daily conservation fees are not included and are payable upon arrival at the camp.
