The Browntoes/Bruintoon Vacation Home is located in the Eden District, known for its beautiful sea views, beaches, the nearby Knysna lagoon, and indigenous forests. The temperate climate of the area contributes to making it a desirable vacation destination. The property offers stunning sea views from three sides.

The main house accommodates up to six guests comfortably, while the ground-floor C-Flat can accommodate four guests. Additionally, there is a separate en-suite bedroom called the Seahorse Room, which can accommodate one or two guests. This room can be booked along with the main house or the C-Flat throughout the year. From December 15 to January 8, the house and C-Flat are only rented as one unit to a group of up to twelve people, including two children sharing a bunk bed. Additional charges may apply for more than twelve guests.

The main house features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and sea views from three sides. Two bedrooms have double beds, and one bedroom has twin single beds. One bathroom is en-suite to the main bedroom and includes a bath and shower, while the other bathroom has a bath only. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge-freezer combination, stove, oven, and microwave, as well as basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, spices, and herbs. Tea, coffee, sugar, and milk are provided for guests upon arrival.

The open-plan living room upstairs opens onto outdoor decks and features comfortable seating and a Smart TV with a selection of DStv channels. The DStv bouquet can be upgraded upon request. The house also offers free capped Wi-Fi, which can be topped up if needed. The decks and veranda are ideal for outdoor entertainment and include braai facilities.

The charming C-Flat on the ground level sleeps four guests comfortably and can be rented separately or in conjunction with the main house. It has two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other with twin beds. The bathroom is fitted with a bath and shower, and the open-plan living room leads to a fully equipped kitchen. The C-Flat also has a TV, DStv, and Wi-Fi, as well as braai facilities.

The en-suite Seahorse Room is a separate bedroom that opens onto the courtyard at the back of the house. It comfortably accommodates one person on a single bed and has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and basin. Amenities in this room include tea and coffee-making facilities, a small fridge, a microwave oven, and built-in cupboards.

Please note that the house has a wooden floor, so guests need to be comfortable with this when booking and willing to be considerate and accommodating when sharing the premises with another group of guests. The property features a spacious open-plan living area that opens onto the deck, a large lawn suitable for ball games, an enclosed courtyard, and child-safe gates on all stairs. Pets are strictly allowed only with prior permission.

The famous 7km Brenton Beach, which stretches up to Buffalo Bay, is an 8 to 10-minute walk from the house. The Fisherman's Walk offers wonderful vistas and views of the other beaches below the house.
