The apartment can accommodate two persons and serves as an ideal base for exploring the surrounding attractions in the West Coast region. It consists of one open-plan bedroom equipped with a double bed, and one bathroom featuring a shower, basin, and toilet. The unit also includes a kitchenette with amenities such as a bar fridge, microwave, kettle, and built-in cupboards.

Guests have access to a braai area with seating facilities. Off-street parking is available for one car. The apartment is located in close proximity to the beach, as well as a few shops and restaurants in the town. It is also conveniently situated within a 15 to 20-minute drive from various nature and game reserves. During periods of load shedding, guests can still enjoy the use of Wi-Fi, lights, and a fridge/freezer. By Grace is equipped with one queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom.
