Cape Sabata is a modern apartment complex situated on the hills above the beautiful beaches of Llandudno, encircled by the majestic Twelve Apostles and Klein Leukoppie mountains. The apartments have private entrances with their own garden areas. The open-plan living spaces feature dining room tables and comfortable lounges with fireplaces. The well-equipped kitchens include fridge-freezers, ovens, hobs, washing machines, dishwashers, and microwaves, making them ideal for self-catering stays. Each apartment has either a patio or a balcony offering views of the garden and the ocean beyond.

The Garden Apartment is approximately 65-70 mu00b2 in area and is fully furnished and equipped. It features a 20 mu00b2 patio, an open-plan lounge/dining/kitchen area, two bedrooms (one with a queen-size bed and the other with two single beds), and a bathroom with a shower, two hand basins, and a toilet. The adjustable shower ensures easy use by small children. Amenities include a stove, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, iron/ironing board, crockery, cutlery, saucepans, bed linen, and bath towels (beach towels not provided). It also has a television with full satellite DStv service and Wi-Fi access. The apartment is located within a 3-4 minute walk from the beach and is centrally located for tourist attractions. It is secured with an alarm system and 24-hour manned security (ADT), and off-street parking is available. The flat is cleaned, and towels are changed three times per week, with clean bed linen provided once per week.
