Cascade Country Manor is a guest house situated on 23 hectares of privately owned land between olive orchards, buchuland, and vineyards. It features a small river that meanders through the farm, creating a tranquil atmosphere as it cascades over a rock face in the heart of the estate. The family-owned guest house is hosted by Maika and Volker Goetze, with Volker being a creative hobby chef offering pre-booked dinners made from fresh local produce.
The estate, previously known as Paarl Waterfall Park, has a rich history that has been shared by the friendly people of Paarl. However, the owners acknowledge that they have not yet heard the complete story, and this information will be updated and extended as more details are gathered.
