Dawnview Guest House

Dawnview Guest House is a self-catering bed and breakfast located in a prime suburb of Vereeniging. The guest house offers a choice of six air-conditioned units that are available for self-catering or bed and breakfast accommodation. All units have comfortable double or twin beds, and each unit has a private bathroom with either a bath, a shower, or both. Each kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, a stove, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, and tea and coffee facilities. Some units also have a dining area.

Unit 1, known as the Honeymoon Suite, features a large open-plan room. Units 2 and 4 are suitable for a simple overnight stay. Unit 3 is more secluded with a beautiful garden entrance, while Unit 5 is a luxurious unit with an additional sleeper couch. Unit 6, referred to as The Cottage, is a large open-plan unit separate from the main building.

Vereeniging offers guests various activities, including playing golf at Maccauvlei Golf Course, visiting the Emerald Casino Resort and the Marievale Bird Sanctuary, or hiking through the Suikerbosrand Nature Reserve. Guests can also take a tour of Klip River Terrace, one of the most valuable archaeological sites in the world, where Stone Age implements were uncovered.

One of the units, having a queen bed and a sleeper couch, is air-conditioned and features a large bathroom with both a bath and a shower, as well as a walk-in wardrobe. This unit is fully equipped with a fridge, a toaster, a stove, an oven, a microwave, and tea and coffee facilities.
