Hawksmoor House is a meticulously restored Cape Dutch style country retreat situated on a 220-hectare working farm, Matjieskuil. It offers elegant accommodation in 16 en-suite guest rooms, which are beautifully and individually decorated with exquisite antiques. The property is ideally located for easy access to the Stellenbosch, Paarl, and Franschhoek wine routes, providing an unspoiled country home that offers a step back in time.

The sundowner patio offers spectacular sunset panoramas and a beautiful view of Table Mountain, perfect for savoring a glass of Hawksmoor Wine. The quiet and serene estate is a 25-minute drive away from the bustling Cape Town center, making it an ideal place to unwind and explore the Cape Winelands. The property can host up to 120 guests and offers several beautiful locations for holding ceremonies and receptions.

Hawksmoor House is considered an ideal romantic destination, with lush lavender fields and intimate memories to be shared at the guest house. However, it is important to note that children under the age of 12 are not permitted on the property. The Classic rooms feature queen beds, and double doors lead onto private patios, offering views of either the lush garden or Table Mountain. The en-suite bathrooms contain showers and/or freestanding baths.
