Impressions Retreat

Impressions Retreat is situated a convenient 1.5 hours from Johannesburg, between Magaliesberg and Rustenburg on the R24. The retreat offers a single, self-catering private log cabin situated on a hill in the bush, overlooking the Magaliesberg Mountains and the surrounding foothills. It is ideal for a romantic bush break or a getaway from the city.

The cabin features a private deck where guests can enjoy an early morning coffee while watching the sunrise and listening to the birds calling. There is a pool overlooking the mountain where guests can take a lazy swim, and a fire pit where they can enjoy a nightcap. The retreat offers a sense of freedom with its open spaces, bush sounds, and a sky filled with stars.

The secret hideaway, with breathtaking views, offers a romantic and rustic getaway. The open-plan cottage has its own private Jacuzzi, fire pit, and deck, perfect for a romantic breakaway. It is furnished with handcrafted wooden furniture reflecting the surroundings, without separate bedrooms. The cottage has an alarm system and accommodates a maximum of four guests. It features a queen-size bed, a single bed, and an option for an extra bed if required. The en-suite bathroom is simple and elegant with a shower.

The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, a gas hob, and a gas oven. All basic crockery, cutlery, and towels are provided. Guests can enjoy their own cozy fire pit and braai area, as well as the use of the bush swimming pool. They are advised to bring their own Jacuzzi towels.
