Kariza

Kariza is a newly built, modern self-catering apartment in Yzerfontein that can accommodate up to three guests. It offers a partial sea view towards Table Mountain and a full view of the Dassen Island Lighthouse from the large covered patio, where the sound of the ocean waves can be heard rolling out on the well-known Yzerfontein beaches. The apartment is located within a quick walking distance to the beachfront on the Pearl Bay side of Yzerfontein.

The open-plan lounge and dining area opens up onto the covered patio, which features a braai facility. The dining area has a table with three chairs, while the lounge provides comfortable seating and full DSTV options. The apartment is equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a dishwasher, microwave, full Wi-Fi, DSTV, and Netflix. Beach towels and blankets are also provided.

Parking can be arranged on the driveway or off-street, ensuring peace of mind. On the stoep, there is a wooden table and a braai area. Loungers on the lawn allow for quiet moments of reflection and reading while enjoying a glass or two of the local wines from the West Coast region. The apartment features a king-size bed and a single bed for an additional guest or child.
