Lindsay Castle is a large stone-built structure constructed on a rock at the edge of the beach in Noetzie. It has been built to resemble a medieval castle and contains comfortable, well-furnished rooms with beautiful views of the rocks and sea through its many shaped windows.

The accommodation consists of six bedrooms: three bedrooms accessed from the main castle and three more accessible via steps built against its outside walls. All bedrooms offer wonderful views of the beach and the Indian Ocean. There is a shared kitchen and lounge area in the castle available to all guests. The main entrance opens into a large lounge/TV relaxing area with an open fireplace.

The castle is very private and not overlooked, with no direct neighbors. The views from the front are of the beach and waves crashing against the rocky outcrops. Various stone steps lead down from the castle and gardens directly onto the pebbled beach, which rapidly becomes golden sand.

There is an outside braai area to the west on the seaside and a sheltered eating area complete with a table and benches. The castle is situated within the Noetzie Conservancy, established in 1999. Noetzie beach and lagoon have been an annual holiday site for locals for as long as anyone can remember. The castle is located along the Noetzie beach in Knysna.

From a beautiful rooftop terrace overlooking the ocean, the castle features six bedrooms, a garden dining area, and a braai. Inside, there is a lovely kitchen overlooking the sea, as well as a TV area and lounge.
