To reach Mooigezicht from Johannesburg, travelers can take the N1 to Ablerton, then the R59 to Vereeniging and Sasolburg, followed by the R57 to Heilbron, Petrus Steyn, and Reitz. From there, take the R26 to Bethlehem and the R712 to Clarens. Alternatively, travelers can take the N3 to Heidelberg, then the R714 to Warden, followed by the R714 to Bethlehem and the R712 to Clarens.

The Family Unit is located on the ground floor, making it wheelchair-friendly. It is an ideal accommodation option for family getaways, featuring an open-plan kitchen/TV room, three bedrooms (one with a double bed and four single beds), two bathrooms, and views of the mountains from all rooms. Additionally, it has a fireplace and outdoor braai facilities with a garden.
