The main house features three bedrooms, a kitchen, dining area, TV room, lounge area, and a downstairs bathroom with a bath and a shower. Three of the bedrooms are located in the main house, with one room having an en-suite bathroom, while the other two bedrooms share an interleading bathroom.
The cottage includes a kitchen, lounge, and dining area, as well as three bedrooms. One of the cottage's bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom, and there is also a second bathroom within the cottage.
Being one of the few houses on the river that overlooks the river mouth, the Old Mill is rich in history with its high ceilings, original beams, and yellowwood staircase. It features magnificent views and direct river access from this renovated house, which stands as a landmark in the Eastern Cape. With its own jetty, guests can moor their boat or take a paddle upriver.
