The Ark Sanctuary

The Ark Sanctuary is a cottage located on a smallholding. It can comfortably accommodate up to four adults. The cottage features two double bedrooms, a large bathroom with a shower, and an open-plan kitchen, dining area, and lounge area.

The cottage has its own enclosed garden with a lawn, bordered by shrubs and indigenous plants. One of the bedrooms has a king-size bed and patio doors that open onto the garden. The second bedroom is equipped with a standard double bed. Additionally, there is a sofa-bed in the lounge area, suitable for one adult or two children.

The kitchen is well-equipped with a refrigerator, a double gas ring, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, and other necessary appliances. The cottage offers Wi-Fi connectivity and a SMART TV, although it does not have DSTV. It also has its own parking space and braai facilities.

The area around Napier is known for its abundant birdlife. Guests interested in birding can contact Steve for further details. He can arrange birding trips to the wheatfields and surrounding areas of Napier, or simply provide information about the local bird species.

The property has chickens, dogs, cats, and wild tortoises, among other animals. However, the cottage does not accommodate guests' pets.
