Tugela

Tugela is a recently renovated and interior-designed property that features a blend of Botanical, wildlife and bird prints, bamboo and open-beam ceilings, woven African baskets, grass-lamp chandeliers, colorful Indian cotton bedspreads and cushions, with bright walls and textured wallpaper, creating a wonderfully relaxed yet sophisticated feel. It is a family sanctuary located in the heart of Franschhoek.

The property features a large garden with a swimming pool and expansive views of the surrounding mountains, providing a secluded and serene atmosphere. Tugela has three en-suite bedrooms, including a King room, a Queen room, and a twin room, accommodating up to six people.

Tugela was designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area features double-volume stacking doors, windows, and French doors, immediately connecting the interior to the exquisite, terraced garden with its magnificent mountain views.
