Tuin Van Eden is situated in the Suikerbosrand area, which is approximately 15 kilometres from the town of Heidelberg in Gauteng. It is surrounded by mountains, valleys, and the Suikerbosrand River, creating a scenic and tranquil environment. The property features 15 Guest Rooms, including a honeymoon suite. Additionally, there are Pilgrims Rooms that can accommodate four guests each on basic bunk beds, with communal ablution facilities.

Tuin Van Eden offers a range of activities such as birdwatching, hiking, fishing, and team building. The venue is suitable for hosting various functions, including conferences and weddings. It is particularly ideal for weekend weddings, where family and friends can enjoy a buffet breakfast the day after the wedding or prepare their own meals at the Boma. Out of the 15 Guest Rooms, 12 are Double Guest Rooms with en-suite showers, basins, and toilets.
