Villa Insolventa

Villa Insolventa offers accommodation for a maximum of eight guests in Yzerfontein, within walking distance from the beach. It comprises four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living area. The main bedroom features a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower. The second bedroom contains a double bed with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The third and fourth bedrooms have twin single beds and share a bathroom with a bath and shower.

The villa is situated on the ground floor and provides a spacious living area with a TV, full DSTV bouquet, an indoor braai facility, a pool table with balls and cues, and a portable CD player. Guests can enjoy the outdoor pool and lapa with a braai during the summer days. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, including a microwave, oven, hob, fridge, and freezer. Secure parking is available.

The rate starts from R2000.00 per night for one to four guests. Additional guests will be charged extra, with rates of R200.00 per extra adult and R150.00 per extra child. Visitors are reminded to be vigilant with water usage due to the ongoing drought in the Western Cape region.
