The property is a children's play haven, featuring trees for climbing, a play area with a sandpit, a trampoline, and a wendy house. The pool is equipped with a slide. An outdoor braai (barbecue) area and seating area offer a lovely view of the garden and mountains. The home is located a five-minute drive from the beach and the village shops. A cottage housing a permanent tenant (and his friendly dog) is located on the property, with a shared gateway but separate parking areas.

The garden provides ample space for children to explore. Inside the home, toys and books are available for children to play with. A high chair and a travel cot are available upon request. Safety features include fences guarding high balconies and a secure pool fence with a gate. The home features an open-plan living area and kitchen with an attached sun room and dining room. The sleeping arrangements consist of a queen bedroom downstairs, a main queen bedroom upstairs, one kid's room with two single beds, and a small kid's room with one single bed. There are two bathrooms inside (one en-suite) and a third toilet located in the outside laundry room.
