An immaculately presented apartment offering privacy, security, and luxurious open-plan living in an exclusive development comprising only 12 units. It is located on top of a hill with spectacular sea views, and includes a large lounge (tastefully furnished with a 55-inch TV) that leads to a partially covered entertainment deck with a splash pool, as well as three spacious double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom.

The extra-large master retreat features a walk-in closet and a spacious bathroom. Two main bedrooms and all living areas open up with stack-away glass doors onto the expansive patio. The apartment features an entertainer's dream kitchen with an open-plan layout and granite countertops. It is the only apartment to have its own secluded garden. Three undercover parking bays and a lift to the apartment are provided, offering privacy, a great location, luxury, security, and a desirable lifestyle all in one.
