100 Southridge is a self-catering accommodation that features four en-suite bedrooms, three of which have sea views. The house has undergone renovation and is fully furnished with luxury amenities. It features a large patio area with a swimming pool and panoramic views of the sea and golf course. The house receives a weekly cleaning service, but a daily cleaning service can be arranged upon request. It offers secure parking facilities with two lock-up garages and additional space for two more vehicles. Furthermore, the property is equipped with an overall security system with armed response.

100 Southridge is conveniently located near local beaches, which are just a five-minute walk away, and in close proximity to several prestigious golf courses in KwaZulu-Natal.
