105 Knightsbridge is a spectacular new apartment resort located in the central cosmopolitan Century City precinct, approximately 12 km (15-minute drive on the highway) from Cape Town, the V&A Waterfront, and the 2010 World Cup Soccer Stadium. The unit is a two-story, north and west-facing corner unit in a brand-new landmark building on a man-made island surrounded by canals and award-winning wetlands.

The apartment offers fantastic 270-degree panoramic views of Table Mountain, the city skyline, scenic waterways, water features, jogging tracks, landscaped gardens, and award-winning architecture. It is situated in a prime upmarket area, right next to the famous Canal Walk Shopping Centre and surrounded by other brand-new upmarket residential and office/retail developments. The area is within a short walking distance from internet cafes, restaurants, shops, cinemas, Ratanga Junction Theme Park, and Intaka Islands Nature Reserve.

The in-house facilities include a double-volume foyer, reception, state-of-the-art 24-hour security and 24-hour concierge, laundry service (not free), CCTV, audio intercom, scenic glass-backed lifts, a luxurious 20-meter long heated indoor swimming pool, a gym overlooking the pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and a steam bath room (all free), as well as a health spa and wellness center with treatment rooms.

The apartment is furnished in an uncluttered minimalist style.
