11 Mountain Stream is a smallholding situated in Gordons Bay, offering accommodation in the form of three cottages: Die Vuurherd, Die Wingerd, and Ouma se Huis. The cottages can accommodate up to 10 people in total, providing a tranquil farm atmosphere where guests can enjoy free-grazing farm animals.

Each cottage features an open-plan living area equipped with a kitchen. The bedrooms are furnished with either double beds, bunk beds, or single beds. The hosts, who have a passion for animals, welcome guests to bring their pets along, subject to prior arrangement. An enclosed patio area allows guests to experience farm life while ensuring the safety of their pets.

Gordons Bay offers a variety of attractions, including beaches, malls, walking trails, and restaurants. Guests at 11 Mountain Stream can participate in the daily feeding and interaction with the farm animals, marvel at the bright stars and stunning sunsets. The property is located 4.7 km from the beach and 2 km from several shops.

Two of the cottages are equipped with DStv and WiFi access. However, the property also provides board games and puzzles for guests seeking a more traditional form of entertainment. One of the cottages, Die Vuurherd, can accommodate up to two adults and two children in an open-plan area, featuring a double bed and a bunk bed. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and washbasin. The cottage's kitchen is fitted with an induction plate, a fridge, and a microwave for cooking. It also features a dining table and chairs, as well as a large indoor braai fireplace with braai grids, potjie pots, and a plate for frying breakfast bacon and eggs. The lounge area is furnished with seating, books, and board games. Tents are available for children who wish to camp in the Forest.
