The house is located in the quiet and historic heart of Gordons Bay. It features a large open-plan kitchen, living area, and deck facing the scenic ocean and mountain views. Guests can enjoy spectacular sunsets and the constant, relaxing sound of the ocean lapping onto the nearby swimming beach, just 50 meters away. The living area is equipped with sliding doors and windows that have retractable solar blinds, allowing for sustainable energy usage by controlling heat and glare in summer while retaining warmth during the winter months.

Two of the three bedrooms offer sea views, and the house utilizes a solar geyser with electrical backup if required. A TV room with DStv connection is available for viewing from the kitchen, although guests must provide their own decoder, card, and remote. The house features three levels with stairs, and the deck is approximately 6 meters from the ground, making it unsuitable for guests with walking disabilities or small children. A separate gas geyser serves the en-suite bathroom, and a gas-top stove is installed in the kitchen to address potential power outages.
