15 Worlds View consists of two self-catering units, each capable of accommodating up to five guests. The units feature an interconnecting door, which allows them to be combined into a single larger unit for groups of up to ten adults. Both units are fully equipped for self-catering and offer stunning sea views from their respective sun decks.

The property is located approximately seven minutes away from the beach on foot. It is situated 400 meters from a shopping center that houses various retail outlets such as Woolworths Food, Checkers, Clicks, and food outlets. Additionally, it is approximately 2 kilometers from Galleria, one of Durban's largest malls. The property is a 20-minute drive from Croc World to the south and Ushaka Marine World and Durban's beachfront to the north. Wet and Wild, a water park, is about 2 kilometers away, while Go Bananas, a children's play park, is located approximately 1 kilometer from 15 Worlds View.

The property offers stunning sunrise views on the east coast, visible from the sun decks or the king-size beds. Guests can enjoy late evening walks on the beach with a bottle of champagne.
