18 The Islands

'18 The Islands' is a self-catering apartment situated in Chakas Rock, Ballito. It is a comfortable and neat apartment that features spectacular sea views from the lounge and bedrooms. The open plan dining room and lounge open onto a patio offering stunning sea views. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, oven, hob, refrigerator/freezer, washing machine, and tumble dryer. The dining room table can seat six guests, and the comfortable sofas in the lounge can also accommodate six guests. There is a plasma TV and DStv decoder offering full DStv channels, as well as free Wi-Fi.

The apartment features a balcony with patio furniture for six guests and a Weber braai (barbeque). The main bedroom has a queen-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, bath, vanity, and toilet. This bedroom also opens out onto the patio, offering sea views. The second bedroom has two single beds and opens out onto the patio, also with sea views. The third bedroom has two single beds and a small separate balcony overlooking the ocean. The second bathroom, shared by the second and third bedrooms, consists of a shower, bath vanity, and toilet. Ceiling fans are installed throughout the unit.

Beach and bath towels are provided. Secure off-road parking is available within the grounds, including one undercover parking space and one open parking spot. Pets are allowed by special arrangement. The complex features a rim flow swimming pool with decks overlooking the ocean, and guests can walk to the beaches approximately 250 meters on either side of the complex on the beach road. The apartment is totally private, with the sea in front. Matric Rage bookings or student bookings are not accepted, and if parents book on behalf of students, the students will be evicted without a refund upon arrival.
