Casa Del Playa is a newly built, self-catering establishment with minimalistic and clean lines, located downstairs only. It is situated in Pearl Bay across the road from the beach, offering views of the ocean and Dassen Island. The establishment features an INVERTER.

The house consists of four en-suite bedrooms, three of which have stacking doors leading onto the garden, entertainment area, and braai area. Three bedrooms are equipped with Queen-size beds, while one bedroom has a King-size bed that can be separated into two single beds. All beds are furnished with white linens, and bath towels are provided. Additionally, each bedroom has a beach bag containing two beach towels.

The open-plan living area features a fireplace for cozy winter days and stacking doors that open onto the entertainment and braai area. A smart TV with Netflix is available for entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, and a gas stove.

For leisure and relaxation, books and games are provided. This self-catering establishment, located on the downstairs level, can accommodate up to eight people. Guests pay for the entire house, and there are no stairs inside, except for the stairs leading from the parking area to the front of the house.

The property is situated near a beautiful, unspoiled beach with dunes and white sand, perfect for leisurely walks, tanning, reading a book, or enjoying picnics and stunning sunsets. The area is also close to rock pools. The bedding configuration includes three bedrooms with Queen-size beds and one bedroom with a King-size bed that can be separated into two single beds upon request.
