19 Tontiki

19 Tontiki is an upmarket and modern, first floor, self-catering apartment located within a complex situated on the Ballito beachfront. It offers direct and private access to the beach and the promenade, as well as being within walking distance to various restaurants and shops. The unit overlooks the swimming pool and features partial sea views from the patio and all bedrooms. The semi-enclosed patio is protected from wind and rain, allowing guests to enjoy braai on the patio even in inclement weather.

19 Tontiki can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. It is managed by a strict body corporate, and loud noise levels and overcrowding will not be tolerated for the comfort of other tenants. The unit is ideal for families but is not suitable for party or bachelor groups.

The main bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, basin, and toilet, air conditioning, and a small safe for valuables. The second and third bedrooms each contain 2 single beds that can be converted into a king-size bed, and a ceiling fan. These two rooms share a second bathroom with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, including a stove, oven, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and cooking utensils. Additionally, there is a washing machine and tumble-dryer combo. The lounge features a 48-inch flat-screen LED HD TV with full DStv and leads out onto a private patio overlooking the pool. The balcony has a large gas braai and outside furniture that comfortably seats 6 people. Fire braais are not allowed.

The complex is secure with access via remote control. It has a swimming pool that guests can utilize, as well as a covered parking bay and additional visitors' parking.
