2 Night, 2 Day Cape Town Orientation

The tour provides a 2-night, 2-day orientation for first-time visitors to Cape Town, allowing them to familiarize themselves with the city through guided tours and activities led by knowledgeable locals. It includes an airport arrival transfer, accommodation for 2 nights as booked, a MyCiti bus pass, a choice between a Cape Town City Walking Tour or a Hop-on-hop-off Bus Tour with a guide, a welcome dinner, and breakfast each morning.

On the first day, participants are picked up from the airport and taken to the 5-star Saltycrax Backpackers accommodation, where they receive an orientation and a map of the area. They have the rest of the day to explore the beach, shops, bars, and restaurants at their leisure. In the evening, a welcoming meal is served at the hostel.

On the second day, after breakfast at Saltycrax Backpackers, a friendly staff member introduces participants to the bus system before they head to Cape Town City Center. Participants can choose between a Cape Town City Walking Tour, visiting historical sites like the Castle of Good Hope, the Grand Parade, the Parliament Buildings, the District Six Museum, and shopping for African arts and crafts at Greenmarket Square and St George's Mall, or a Hop-on Hop-off Bus Pass, which allows them to explore attractions such as Camps Bay, the V&A Waterfront, and Table Mountain from the comfort of a topless bus. Participants can also opt to visit the V&A Waterfront, take the cable car up Table Mountain, or visit Robben Island (at their own expense) in the afternoon. In the evening, participants can join the staff, guests, and locals at one of the restaurants or bars along the beachfront in Table View, within walking distance of the hostel.

On the third day, participants have breakfast and continue on to their next adventure in South Africa. The accommodation is located within walking distance of one of the most famous kite-surfing beaches in the world.
