2 Nights, 3 Days Of Kite Surfing Lessons

The tour offers a comprehensive introduction to kite surfing over the course of two nights and three days. The tour commences upon arrival in Cape Town, where the participant is greeted at the airport and transported to a 5-star backpackers' hostel in Blouberg, located in close proximity to the beach, bars, restaurants, shops, and transport terminals. Blouberg beach is renowned for its ideal conditions for kite surfing, water sports, and stunning views of Table Mountain.

On the first day, the participant has the opportunity to explore Kite Beach, soak in the views of Table Mountain, and enjoy a traditional South African meal at the hostel in the evening. The second day is dedicated to kite surfing lessons conducted by a certified I.K.O instructor on the world-famous Kite Beach. The lessons cover an introduction to kite boarding, safety measures, equipment setup, wind understanding, land-based flying, water introduction, kite handling, self-launching, body dragging, water re-launching, and basic board skills. After an exciting day of lessons, the participant can unwind around a fire while savoring a traditional South African braai or potjie at the hostel.

The third day continues with advanced kite surfing lessons, including board basics, water starts, riding techniques, changing direction, and edge holding. Upon successful completion of the lessons, the participant receives an IKO accreditation certificate and card, allowing them to kite surf anywhere in the world. The tour includes accommodation in a mixed dorm room at the hostel, breakfast and dinner meals, as well as airport arrival transfer and equipment rental for the kite surfing lessons.
