20 Cayman Beach is a self-catering villa located in a highly secured, gated village in Gordon's Bay, Cape Winelands. It offers breathtaking views of the sea and mountains. The villa is situated within a minute's walk from the beach and is maintained to a high standard, providing comfortable and spacious accommodation for up to six people sharing.

The villa features three bedrooms: the main bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has a double bed, and the third bedroom has two single beds. Additionally, there is a lounge with a double bed sleeping couch. The property has three bathrooms. Fresh, clean bed linen and towels are provided, but guests need to bring their own beach towels.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, oven, stove, double door fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, cutlery, and crockery. There is a dining and pub area. Modern appliances such as a washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher are available. The large, comfortable lounge is equipped with full DStv and WiFi.

The villa offers undercover parking for two cars, a spacious enclosed balcony with a flat-screen TV, WiFi, and a fireplace/braai facility where meals can be enjoyed.
