20 Khoka Moya Houtkapperspoort is a comfortable double-storey cottage situated between Hout Bay and Constantia in the Table Mountain National Park. It is located in a secure estate with a swimming pool and tennis courts. The cottage offers free WiFi and is fully equipped for self-catering.

The cottage consists of two bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchenette, and a lounge area with wall heating and a fireplace. There is an air conditioner upstairs. It features a TV with selected DStv channels and a DVD player. At the back of the cottage, there are barbecue facilities, while the veranda in the front overlooks the vineyards and valley.
