'206 Glaston House' is a four-story, north-facing apartment located in a revamped historic heritage building in the trendy Cape Town City Centre fringe area. It is situated approximately 2.8 kilometers from the V&A Waterfront and the 2010 World Cup Soccer Stadium.

The apartment building features an exclusive, comfortable in-house restaurant and offers views of the Chris Barnard Memorial Hospital on historic bohemian Church Street. The surrounding area is known for its antique shops, flea market, coffee shops, and art galleries. It is noted that '206 Glaston House' does not have a reception, and guests must collect their keys from the office at the Centurion All Suite Hotel in Sea Point. Additionally, guests arriving after 8:00 PM on the day of arrival are subject to a late arrival fee of R300. The daily rates for the apartment vary based on the season and include additional charges for extra adults or children beyond the base rate for two persons.
