Self-catering apartment '212 Sabuti' is located on the Simbithi Eco Estate in Ballito, South Africa. It is situated approximately 30 minutes from Durban and 20 minutes from King Shaka International Airport.

The eco-side of the estate offers various community amenities such as swimming pools, sports facilities, picnic areas, hiking and biking trails, a horse center, and opportunities for bird watching and wildlife observation. On the golf side, there is an 18-hole golf course, an outdoor club with a bar, lounge, and free WiFi, a restaurant, a playground for children, a swimming pool, tennis courts, and a gym.
