24 Lakewood

The home, referred to as '24 Lakewood', is a five-bedroom villa located in the Forestwood area of Zimbali Coastal Resort. It can accommodate up to 10 guests and features 4.5 bathrooms, with four of them being en-suite. The villa includes a private pool with a cover, a charcoal and gas braai, a four-seater golf cart, air conditioning with fans, and a private garden. It is serviced from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

The villa is located in the heart of Zimbali Coastal Resort, close to the Valley of the Pools and Country Club. It offers a private pool area where guests can soak up the sun and relax, as well as a large undercover patio for intimate outdoor dining and barbecuing. The villa is classically furnished for stylish living and entertainment purposes.

The five oversized bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, are air-conditioned and split between the upstairs and lower levels of the home. Two of the bedrooms open out onto a shared balcony with views of the forestry. Additionally, there is an outside self-contained cottage suitable for two people, which can accommodate extended family members or teenagers.

The villa features an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with sliders opening up onto the outdoor area. The dining room and well-appointed lounge have large stacking doors on both sides, allowing for an airy and pleasant atmosphere in the afternoons. The home also includes a double automated garage and a complimentary golf cart.
