The property features a rim-flow pool, a massive undercover veranda, and convenient beach access, ensuring an enjoyable holiday experience.

The property features secure parking for 2 to 4 cars, a large lawn suitable for children, braai facilities, and a full-time maid service. It is well-equipped with amenities such as DSTV, Wi-Fi, a spacious open-plan living room, dining room, and kitchen, as well as a separate TV lounge and a separate well-equipped bar with a spacious veranda. The kitchen is fully furnished with a microwave, hob, oven, fridge/freezer, cutlery, crockery, and appliances like a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer.

All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and built-in cupboards. The house offers 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 adults and 2 small children. The main bedroom features a queen-size bed and a full en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom has 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a bath. The fourth bedroom has 1 single bed and 1 three-quarter bed, along with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The fifth bedroom, located on the side of the house for privacy, has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

Three dogs reside on the premises, and they are visitor-friendly. The maid and gardener take care of the dogs, pool, and garden. However, small children must be watched at all times due to the high drop from the deck and rim-flow pool. Please note that the property does not cater to groups of adults or any functions, and no pets are allowed. December and January bookings are split into 10-night periods over Christmas or New Year, respectively. Additional charges include a daily staff levy of R500 and a refundable breakage deposit of 10% of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R2500.
