'28 Silhouette - Margate' holiday apartment is located on the Margate beach front and promenade, offering a spectacular balcony view of the Indian Ocean and beach. It is situated on the 6th floor and has only stair access, making it not wheelchair-friendly.

The apartment features three bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed, while the other two rooms have tri-bunk beds (one double and one single bed). It can accommodate a maximum of six adults and two children. There are two full bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.

The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances, including a front-loading washing machine. The lounge area has a 50-inch HD flat-screen TV with the Family Plus bouquet on DSTV. Additionally, the main bedroom has a 32-inch flat-screen TV.

On the balcony, there is access to a gas braai and outdoor seating, perfect for watching the sunset. The complex features a communal pool and braai facility area, private entrance to the beach/promenade area, and one shaded cloth parking with a communal area for trailers.

It is important to note that the complex is currently under construction, with scaffolding being erected and work being done to the outside of the building.
