29 Adante

The establishment known as '29 Adante' is situated on the second floor of a secure upmarket complex in Winkelspruit, Amanzimtoti. The complex is located 200 meters away from the beach, with direct access to Winkelspruit beach facilitated through a small gate.

The unit can accommodate a maximum of six guests, with a capacity for four adults and two children under the age of 16. It is ideally suited for accommodating no more than four adults, and if a guest wishes to accommodate more adults in lieu of children, this must be stated when requesting a quotation, and a surcharge may be applied at the owner's discretion. If more than six people occupy the unit, the guests will be evicted immediately, and no refund will be provided.

The spacious full sea view unit consists of a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, fridge, and microwave. The first bedroom is fitted with a queen-size bed, built-in cupboards, a ceiling fan, and an en-suite bathroom featuring a large shower and bath. The second bedroom welcomes guests with a double bed, built-in cupboards, and a ceiling fan. The second bathroom is also fitted with a large shower. The third bedroom is equipped with two single beds. Linen and bath towels are provided, but guests must bring their own beach towels.

The lounge area is fitted with a flat-screen TV with Wi-Fi, allowing guests to stream their favorite movies on Netflix, Showmax, or DStv by bringing their own user names and passwords. There is a dining area and additional seating space on the patio overlooking the ocean.

A communal braai area is located next to the sparkling blue pool, enabling guests to braai in the open air or under cover during rainy days. Secure parking is available behind an automated gate, with a lock-up garage for one vehicle.

During the winter months, guests may even be able to witness the South Coast Sardine run or watch whales and dolphins playing from the unit overlooking the ocean. Guests are met and welcomed in person upon arrival and departure by the administrator who resides within 15 minutes from the apartment. Guests are requested to adhere to the complex rules at all times.
