29 Heppi-Nes

29 Heppie-Nes is a self-catering double-storey house located in Duinepark Resort in Witsand at the mouth of the Breede River. It is a popular fishing destination and is regarded as South Africa's whale playing school. The house offers a secure family getaway within easy reach of the beach and a lovely tidal pool.

The house can accommodate up to six guests. It comprises three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, the second bedroom has a double bed, and the third bedroom contains two single beds. One bathroom is located downstairs and is fitted with a shower, while the other bathroom, which is upstairs, has a bath. All linen is provided, but guests need to bring their own towels.

The main living area features an open-plan design with a kitchen and lounge area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. Guests can enjoy their meals at the four-seater breakfast bar. The lounge area has comfortable seating and a TV with Open-view channels, as well as a port where guests can plug in their own DStv decoders.

Outside, there is a patio with outdoor seating and braai facilities. There is parking available for one vehicle and a small trailer.
