3 Day Kruger Experience Lodge-Tent

The tour package offers a three-day experience in the renowned Kruger National Park, which was established in 1898 to protect the wildlife of the South African Lowveld and spans over two million hectares. The park features an incomparable diversity of life forms and is a world leader in advanced environmental management and conservation.

The tour includes round-trip transportation from Johannesburg Airport, two nights of accommodation, a three-hour sunset drive on the Balule Big 5 Reserve, a bush braai at the Marula Tree Boma, a full day in the Kruger National Park on an open game viewer, a sunrise bush walk with an armed ranger, scenic highlights of the Blyde River Canyon including the Three Rondavels, two dinners, and two breakfasts.

On the first day, participants are picked up from their hostel or Johannesburg Airport and travel through Dullstroom to Marc's camp in the Motlala Game Reserve, where they board an open Land Cruiser for a sunset drive in the Big Five Game Reserve. After dark, spotlights are used to locate nocturnal animals. Dinner and overnight accommodation are provided at Marc's Camp, which includes a bed, bedding, towel, soap, electric light, and a fan.

The second day begins with breakfast, followed by a full day spent exploring the Kruger National Park through the Orpen Gate on an open-sided game viewer, accompanied by a qualified guide who will point out various animals in this outstanding wildlife environment. The Orpen Gate area is known for its high population of giraffes, zebras, and antelopes, which attract numerous predators. Dinner is provided at Marc's Camp.

On the third day, participants start early with a bush walk accompanied by an armed ranger, who will showcase interesting details of the bush, such as insects, spoor, and scats. This walk also offers an excellent chance of encountering buffalo, nyala, and other game on foot. After breakfast, the tour visits the Three Rondawels of the Blyde River Canyon before returning to the hostel or airport around 5:00 PM.
