3 Magai Drive, Zinkwazi Beach

The property located at 3 Magai Drive, Zinkwazi Beach is a beachfront holiday home. It features a private set of stairs that provide direct access to the beach. The home features a large deck where one can enjoy sundowners, whale watching, or read a book in the shade of the lush brush and trees, while the cool ocean breeze refreshes the skin.

The house has an open plan design, spacious and well-equipped, encouraging an enjoyable indoor-outdoor holiday experience. The entire living area, including the front bedrooms, opens onto a spacious veranda with furniture for all ages and a large umbrella for shade. Meals can be enjoyed at the large dining room table or al-fresco, overlooking the ocean. It offers a gas braai and a spacious area for a built-in charcoal braai.

The house comprises two lounges, one of which is a TV lounge with DSTV provided. The open plan living area has a large air conditioner. It does not have a pool, and a maid service is not included but can be arranged separately. Capped Wi-Fi is provided, with an option to upgrade, and there is an inverter that supports most appliances, except for the living area air conditioner and oven during load-shedding, if managed carefully. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, gas hob, electric oven, two refrigerator/freezers, a dishwasher, and all necessary cutlery and crockery. Laundry facilities include a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

The property is secured by fencing, gates, an alarm system with beams supported by armed response, and all sliding doors have security gates. There are two lock-up garages with open, off-street parking for additional cars. Pets are allowed by prior arrangement only.

The house can accommodate up to 10 guests in four bedrooms, all of which have built-in cupboards, ceiling fans, and all linens and bath towels are provided. The four bedrooms consist of three double beds, two single beds, and two stacked beds for small children. There are two full bathrooms, making the house ideal for two families with two bedrooms sharing a full bathroom on each side of the house.

Please note that groups of adults are not permitted, as the property caters specifically for "nucleus" family holidays only. No functions of any kind are allowed. An additional charge of a 10% breakage deposit of the accommodation value, with a minimum of R2500, is required and is refundable if there are no breakages.
