The three night, four day Private Safari Package offers a quick tour of the African Bush, providing an excellent introduction to the wildlife of Kruger National Park. The package includes airport transfers from Skukuza or Nelspruit airport, three nights of accommodation at Mananga Retreat, four days of private guided open vehicle safaris, tea/coffee and mineral water during daily drives, photographs of special safari moments, an experienced nature tour guide, evening dinner transfers to and from Protea Hotel Kruger Gate, and standard conservation fees of R280 per person per day, along with taxes.

The safari package excludes all meals and unmentioned beverages, as it is a self-catering safari. Optional activities, excursions, night drives in Kruger Park, and bush walks are not included but can be arranged upon request. The package also does not cover international and domestic flights from Johannesburg or Cape Town.

Additional information includes the availability of supermarket-like shops and restaurants inside Kruger Park, evening dining options at Protea Hotel Kruger Gate, and the possibility of arranging night drives in Kruger Park and bush walks upon request. Mananga Retreat is a luxury free-standing holiday home in a private wilderness estate, situated only 800 meters from Kruger Gate. Guests can choose to have meals at Protea Hotel Kruger Gate or self-cater at the fully equipped Mananga Retreat.

While staying at Mananga Retreat, guests are surrounded by wildlife such as zebras, kudus, impalas, antelopes, and wildebeests during the day, and may even spot hyenas and leopards roaming the estate in the evenings. The safaris are private, with an experienced guide in an open vehicle within Kruger National Park. Upon arrival from Skukuza Airport, guests are on safari and in the bush for the duration of their tour. Meals will be enjoyed at the unique Protea Hotel Kruger Gate and in Kruger National Park's rest camps.
