3 Night, 4 Day Tented Lodge Kruger Safari

A 3-night, 4-day Tented Lodge Kruger Safari is being offered. The package includes transfers to and from Johannesburg, daily safari departures, and tented accommodation in a unique setting, perfect for adventurous travelers. The full package rate for a single person is R8595, while the rate for sharing is R7895.

On Day 1, participants are collected from their hostel or the Johannesburg Airport and transported via Dullstroom or Nelspruit to Tremisana Lodge in the Big Five Balule Game Reserve. After transferring to an open Landcruiser for a Sunset Drive, spotlights are used to locate nocturnal animals after dark. Dinner is served as a Bush Braai at the new Marula Tree Boma, followed by an overnight stay in en-suite chalets at Tremisana.

Day 2 begins at sunrise with an exhilarating day of unforgettable bush life. Participants drive to a remote part of the Balule Game Reserve for a 4-hour Bush Walk led by an experienced field guide. The thrill of following and photographing Africa's large animals alongside an armed ranger is promised. After brunch at Tremisana, high tea is offered at 14h00, followed by an afternoon game drive at around 15h00. Accommodation is then provided in tents equipped with beds, bedding, soap, towels, electric light, and a fan at Marc's Camp. Dinner and overnight stay are at Marc's Camp.

On Day 3, after breakfast, participants travel on an open-sided Game Viewer to the Orpen Gate of Kruger National Park. A qualified guide will point out various animals, large and small, that frequent this outstanding wildlife paradise, known for its high population of giraffe, zebra, wildebeest, impala, and their predators. Dinner and overnight stay are again at Marc's Camp.

Day 4 begins with an early morning Bush Walk accompanied by an armed ranger, providing an opportunity to observe insects, spoor, scats, and potentially encounter buffalo, nyala, and other game on foot. After breakfast, participants drive to the Three Rondawels of the Blyde River Canyon before being returned to their hostel or airport around 17h00. The package promises the chance to seek the Big Five on Safari with a qualified guide, including one night at Tremisana Lodge in a chalet and two nights at Marc's Camp in a tent.
