The bathroom features a full bath/shower, toilet, and basin with a mirror. An enclosed outdoor warm water shower with a sea or star view is available for naturists.

The open-plan living area has two sleeper couches for additional guests, a full DStv bouquet, a DVD player, a sound bar, and Wi-Fi access. The living area opens onto the deck through two sliding doors. The unit sleeps four guests comfortably, with the option to accommodate two additional people, preferably children, on the sleeper couches. The apartment is pet-friendly, and Max, a friendly Border Collie, ensures a warm and welcoming atmosphere for pet lovers. However, guests who are not pet lovers can request that Max does not interrupt their stay. Smoking is strictly allowed outside or on the deck, preferably not on the grass.

Yzerfontein is an urban conservancy, and residents work tirelessly to protect the natural heritage for future generations. Across the small bay, fishing boats, pleasure boats, jet-skis, kite-boarders, surfers, kayakers, and swimmers all mix together. Guests can walk the 16-Mile Beach, which stretches all the way to Postberg, or put their feet in the sand at Pearl Bay, another beach that seems to go on forever and has a view all the way to Table Mountain.
