The property located at 33 Strawberry Lane is situated in the heart of leafy Belle Constantia, in close proximity to the Constantiaberg mountain, award-winning wine farms, and the Constantia Green Belt. It is a twenty-minute drive from Cape Town City Centre, Table Mountain, and both the Indian and Atlantic Seaboard.

The Studio consists of a bed with linen from White Company, a duck down duvet, White Company cotton dressing gowns, a queen-size bed, a Nespresso coffee machine and milk frother, tea and coffee facilities, a kettle, a fridge, a microwave, a sink, a heated towel rail, a powerful shower, complimentary toiletries by Wild Olive, complimentary Wi-Fi, a television with a full DSTV package, a private entrance and courtyard, secure parking, and a security system. Smoking is not permitted indoors.

There is a garden available for guests' use, and a deck for lounging. The Cottage is a magical double-story cottage on the green belt with a beautiful garden. It features two en-suite bedrooms upstairs with a balcony. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other has an extra-large king-size bed that can be separated into two single beds upon request.

Downstairs, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, oven, hob, dishwasher, and washing machine, as well as a lounge and dining area. The cottage has a garden that rolls down to the green belt and a private courtyard for entertaining. The house is spacious and light, and the balcony offers wonderful views of the garden, trees, and a glimpse of the mountains. The cottage is fitted with an armed response security system.

After years of catering for small exclusive functions, owning a bistro, and giving cookery classes, Jenny Johnson has decided to fulfill a dream of opening up accommodation in a small studio and a larger cottage on her property. She shares her home with her husband and five lazy cats. If desired, Jenny can place a delicious basket of goodies in the guests' fridge the night before, and on the morning of their breakfast, she will provide warm baked items for an additional charge.

The property is situated in a very green Constantia valley surrounded by the Constantiaberg mountains. It is conveniently located, being 20 minutes away from Cape Town city centre, Table Mountain, Atlantic Seaboard beaches, and 30 to 40 minutes from Simonstown, Cape Point, and the Indian Ocean. There are many walks in the area, some starting from the house, and others a short drive away. The property is surrounded by the Constantia Wine Route and many award-winning vineyards, as well as several great restaurants and cafes.

The cozy atmosphere of the Studio, the lower garden, and the green belt provides an escape from everyday life. Guests can also order a romantic dinner for two, cooked by the owner Jenny, with a complimentary bottle of local champagne.
