The Vicmor Court Apartment is a four-story northwest-facing corner unit located in the vibrant central Sea Point area, specifically in the Three Anchor Bay section. It is situated between 1km and 3km from Cape Town, the V&A Waterfront, and the 2010 World Cup Soccer Stadium.

The apartment features magnificent 360-degree panoramic sea and mountain views. It is situated next to shops, restaurants, and a Woolworths Food store. Additionally, it is one block away, approximately a two-minute walk, from the beach, promenade, playpark, and jogging track. The apartment is also 2km away from Cape Town's largest swimming pool complex on the beachfront.

The building features a lift, security, and an intercom system. The apartment itself is semi-modern, pleasant, spacious, self-servicing, and self-catering. It is a non-smoking unit and offers free Internet/Wi-Fi, as well as a TV with free M-Net and DSTV Hotel Bouquet ("Cable TV").

The apartment consists of two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other with two single beds. There is a lounge/dining room with two double sleeper couches (pull-out sofa beds). It is important to note that "35 Vicmor Court" does not have a reception, and guests will need to collect their keys from the office at the Centurion All Suite Hotel in Sea Point. Additionally, guests arriving after 20:00 on the day of arrival are subject to a late arrival fee of R300.
